Once you have booked your experience, you will be deemed to have accepted the operator's terms and conditions of trade. A copy of the operator's terms and conditions is included in your gift pack and can be obtained directly from I Love Mondays Limited on request. You should pay particular attention to the clauses within the operator's terms and conditions relating to cancellation of bookings and limitations of liability.
If you lose your voucher or attend the experience without your voucher, we regret that you will be unable to participate in your experience. A replacement voucher can be obtained from I Love Mondays Limited, the supply of which will be subject to a £20 administration fee.

Last Minute Deals I Love Mondays often has late availability for experiences at special prices, and bookings for these can generally be made right up until the day before the experience date. For these bookings, we will provide essential details over the phone or email as we cannot guarantee that details of the experience will arrive in time for your experience. Experiences bought under these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged. Dates for an experience bought under these conditions, once booked, cannot be changed.

Availability While operators will make every effort to accommodate your desired booking date, you may be asked to wait until an opening becomes available. We advise that you make bookings at least 21 days in advance and further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings should not be considered confirmed until you receive your booking reference over the phone or by e-mail.

Locations Experience locations are added on a regular basis. In some instances, locations may occasionally be subject to change. If a location changes, we will do our very best to offer an alternative although in some cases this may not be possible. I Love Mondays reserves the right to reschedule the timing or location of any experience, possibly at short notice, owing to the availability of any experience, the booking numbers or any other factor which is beyond the control of I Love Mondays. Should this be the case, you will be contacted. If in these circumstances, a suitable alternative is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund. However, I Love Mondays will not be able to reimburse any travelling or other incidental expenses incurred.

Experiences The information publicising our experiences is correct at the time of print. The format for some experiences can however alter. Full updated details on each experience will be provided upon confirmation of the booking. Participation is conditional upon acceptance of the description of the experience detailed at the time your booking is confirmed.
The operator and I Love Mondays reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme of any experience (including the right to cancel an experience or individual operator), provided that these do not affect, to any material extent, the nature of the experience. Should this occur, I Love Mondays will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative experience. Should such an alternative be unavailable, you will be entitled to a full refund. However, I Love Mondays will not be able to reimburse any travelling or other incidental expenses incurred.
Please note that you must have booked your experience and taken part by the expiry date shown on the activation label placed on your voucher at the time of purchase.
Experience Duration The duration of experiences and running orders indicated are approximate and not precise. Gift recipients will often be required to participate in activities as part of a bigger group so waiting times may be involved.

Operators Independent contracted operators supply the experiences offered by I Love Mondays. We are not acting as agents on their behalf nor are they our agents and we have no right to control their operations. While we take every care in choosing our operators, we cannot guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of them.
I Love Mondays’ function is limited to marketing experiences provided by operators on the terms and conditions as set out herein. In cases of conflict I Love Mondays’ terms and conditions will take precedence over an operator’s terms and conditions.
I Love Mondays’ liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single voucher or experience shall not exceed the price of that experience. This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of I Love Mondays or anyone for whom we are responsible.

Restrictions Some experiences are subject to restrictions regarding age, health or weight. Your gift pack contains all restriction details and you are advised to read these as soon as possible. If, at the sole discretion of the operator, you are deemed unfit or unable to participate safely in all or any part of the experience, the operator reserves the right to withdraw you from the experience on the grounds of your own safety and that of others. In these circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund or to re-book. Nor will I Love Mondays be able to reimburse any travelling or other incidental expenses incurred.
Full details of restrictions are set out on the web site under each experience. You are required to notify I Love Mondays of any relevant medical condition(s) at the time of booking.

Insurance Participating in some experiences may involve an element of risk; the voucher is purchased in the knowledge of this. The I Love Mondays Customer Service Team can provide further information on experiences if you are in doubt. However, ultimately the operators have control of the experience on the day over which I Love Mondays Limited has no influence. Whilst it is required for all operators to hold public liability and/or third party insurance you should make independent enquiries as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover.

Validity of Vouchers Each voucher will have an activation sticker attached detailing an expiry date, voucher number and the experience reference code. These numbers must be quoted when dealing with I Love Mondays Limited and will be used to identify your experience. Vouchers and the associated reference numbers must be kept safely and securely. I Love Mondays Limited will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.
The voucher included in your gift pack bears an expiry date of 9 months from the date of purchase. This date is clearly detailed on the activation sticker placed on your voucher at the time of purchase. Vouchers can be extended for a further three months on payment of a £20 administration fee. Vouchers can only be extended once and the extension must take place prior to the voucher's expiry date.
Please note that you must have completed the experience prior to the expiry date, as detailed on the activation label on the voucher. Once you have booked the date for your experience any change will be deemed a cancellation. The operator will accept only original, unaltered vouchers, with the correct activation number.

Freedom Vouchers Freedom Vouchers allow the gift recipient to choose an experience from I Love Mondays’ portfolio. When a choice of experience is made the payment associated with the Freedom Voucher will be applied to the purchase of the specific selected experience. New reference numbers will be issued to the gift recipient and must be used in future dealings with I Love Mondays.
If the chosen experience is higher in price than the amount originally paid, you will only be charged the difference. If your chosen experience is lower in price than the original amount, the Freedom Voucher value will be amended to reflect the remaining balance for you to use against any future purchase. Please note that where a credit balance remains we will not refund any money.

Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds on unbooked experiences bought directly from I Love Mondays within 21 days of purchase will be subject to a £20 administration fee. Changing a booked date amounts to a cancellation, so once your booking has been made you may incur cancellation charges if you have to re-book. I Love Mondays does not accept re-bookings or cancellations within 21 days of a booked experience.
Once an experience is booked, you are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the operator responsible for running the experience. These will be outlined in your I Love Mondays Gift Pack. Cancellation fees can be as much as the full amount of the experience. We strongly recommend that you read the refund and cancellation policy details outlined in your I Love Mondays Gift Pack prior to making a booking.
Occasionally, an operator may have to change a booking date eg. if the activity is weather dependent. In these circumstances, the operator will contact you directly as soon as possible to offer an alternative date. Should an alternative date be unavailable, you will be entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately, I Love Mondays will not be able to reimburse any travelling or other incidental expenses incurred.
It’s recommended that you contact the operator, by telephone, before you set out, to check the likelihood of a weather-related cancellation. The contact number for the operator will be given to you after your booking is made.

The Weather Your I Love Mondays Gift Pack will advise you as to whether your activity is dependent on the weather and you may be advised to call the operator before setting out. If your activity is cancelled, the experience will be re-booked until you are able to participate, but your re-booked experience remains subject to weather conditions.

Prices All prices are current prices. We reserve the right to make changes to our prices without notice.

Delivery Service If a gift recipient’s I Love Mondays Gift Pack goes astray in the post we will provide a duplicate free of charge. I Love Mondays cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher being lost in the normal express post mail process Where a voucher is delivered by email, I Love Mondays cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of an email being lost in the normal mail process.

Data protection When you book your experience, I Love Mondays will record your personal details, if these have not been previously submitted; these will be held and passed to the operator of your experience for the purposes of administration and processing.
As detailed on the booking form or during the call, you will be asked whether we may telephone you after the experience for the purpose of feedback and customer care. The telephone call will be made in reasonable hours and will take place only if you express your consent.
I Love Mondays will also ask you whether you wish to receive post concerning other products and services offered by I Love Mondays and its trading partners. Such post will only be sent if you give your express consent.
